Handyman in Brickell
Double Handyman serves Brickell and Downtown Miami — TV mounting on concrete walls, furniture assembly, art and mirror hanging, drywall repair, smart locks and light fixture swaps in high-rise condos from Brickell Key to Brickell City Centre and the Edgewater towers. We handle the building's certificate of insurance and service elevator booking, quote flat-rate before the visit and book same-week in most cases.
Brickell is a vertical neighbourhood with strict buildings
Nearly everything in Brickell is a tower, and the towers run tight ships: certificate of insurance naming the association, work only in permitted hours, freight elevator booked in advance, floor protection in the hallway, and sometimes a move-in deposit. We send the paperwork before the visit so your front desk has no questions when we arrive. Units are typically concrete block or poured concrete with a thin finish, so every mount and hook is a masonry anchor.
Brickell residents also move often — leases turn over, units are sold furnished and unfurnished, and a lot of our calls are move-in and move-out lists.
What Brickell asks us for most
TV mounting is first by a distance, often with a soundbar and hidden cables on a concrete wall. Then furniture assembly for apartments furnished from scratch, gallery walls and heavy mirrors, patching the last tenant's holes before a move-out inspection, smart locks on unit doors where the building allows, and swapping the builder's light fixtures in the newer towers.

Questions From Brickell
Do you work in condos and high-rises with building rules?
Yes, and most of our work is in them. We carry insurance and can send a certificate of insurance to your management office, we work inside the building's permitted hours, use the service elevator when the building requires it, and protect common hallways on the way in and out.
Can you come out the same week in Brickell?
Usually, yes. Most jobs in Brickell are booked within the week, and next-day slots open up often. Standard arrival windows run Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Evenings and Sundays are possible when the team confirms the slot. Call or text (305) 813-9013, or use the chat on this page, and we will confirm the soonest window.
Can you mount a TV on the concrete walls in Brickell towers?
Yes, it is most of what we do here. We drill with masonry bits and use anchors rated well above the TV and mount weight. Cables go in a paintable raceway where the wall is solid, or inside the wall where there is a cavity.
