How much does small interior painting cost in Miami?
We price flat-rate, not by the hour. Tell us the job — a photo or two helps — and we give you one upfront number before anything is scheduled. The price moves with the wall area, how much patching and priming is needed, ceiling height, whether doors and trim are included and whether you already have the paint. Whatever we quote is what you pay; there is no clock running and no add-ons at the door.
Can a handyman paint a room in Florida?
Small interior painting such as touch-ups, a patched wall or a single room is commonly handled alongside handyman work. Larger painting projects are regulated at the local level in Miami-Dade and Broward and should go to a licensed painting contractor. We keep to the small interior side and say so when a job is bigger.
Can you match my existing wall paint?
Usually, yes. If you have the leftover can or the colour name, we use that. If not, a small chip of the existing paint can be colour-matched at a paint store. Sheen matters as much as colour, so we match that too.
Do you paint after patching drywall?
Yes, and that is the most common painting job we do. We patch, sand, prime the patch and repaint enough of the wall that the repair blends rather than showing as a square.
