How much does furniture assembly cost in Miami?
We price flat-rate, not by the hour. Tell us the job — a photo or two helps — and we give you one upfront number before anything is scheduled. The price moves with the number of pieces, their size and complexity — a KALLAX is quick, a PAX with sliding doors is not — and whether wall anchoring or disassembly of old furniture is involved. Whatever we quote is what you pay; there is no clock running and no add-ons at the door.
Do you assemble IKEA furniture?
Yes, IKEA is the bulk of what we assemble, along with Wayfair, Amazon, West Elm, Article and other flat-pack brands. If you have the IKEA order list, send it and we will quote the whole delivery.
Do I need to be home during assembly?
You or someone you trust should let us in and confirm where each piece goes. After that you are free to work or run errands. We text you when we are wrapping up so you can check everything before we leave.
What if parts are missing from the box?
We check the parts list before we start and tell you right away if something is short or damaged. We build everything that can be built, and return once the replacement part arrives — one of our Yelp reviewers describes exactly that happening on a carport job.
Can you move furniture or take the old piece away?
We move pieces within the home as part of assembly and can disassemble old furniture so you can dispose of it or donate it. We are not a moving or junk-hauling company, so large removals are something we help you arrange rather than do.
