Can a handyman do plumbing in Florida?

Why does my toilet keep running?
Nearly always a worn flapper or a fill valve that no longer shuts off. Both are quick, inexpensive swaps. If the toilet also rocks or leaks at the base, the wax ring or bolts need attention, which we also handle.
Can you replace a garbage disposal?
Yes, like-for-like on the existing mount and existing outlet. We check the dishwasher knockout, test for leaks and run it before we leave. If there is no outlet under the sink, the disposal is hard-wired or the drain needs re-routing, that is for a licensed trade.
Do you install new faucets I bought myself?
Yes. Send the model so we can confirm it fits your sink's hole configuration. We bring supply lines and plumber's tape; you can also have us pick up the faucet at cost.
