Handyman in Hallandale Beach
Double Handyman serves Hallandale Beach — the condo towers on Three Islands and along A1A, the Golden Isles and Gulfstream-area homes, and the rental stock around Hallandale Beach Boulevard — with TV mounting, furniture assembly, faucet and toilet fixes, ceiling fan and light swaps, grab bars, drywall repair and smart locks. Flat-rate price before booking, insured, same-week in most cases; one of our Yelp reviewers found us from here.
Hallandale is next door to our base
Hallandale Beach sits directly north of Sunny Isles across the county line, so it is one of the quickest places for us to reach. The housing is mostly condo towers — Three Islands, the Beach Club, the A1A strip — with associations and work-hour rules we deal with daily, plus single-family homes in Golden Isles and near Gulfstream Park, and a lot of rental units that turn over often.
A reviewer on our Yelp page wrote that after a long search she had “finally found a handyman here in Hallandale Beach” after we handled her plumbing issues. That is the kind of job we like here: small, specific, done the same week.
What Hallandale asks us for most
Faucet, toilet and disposal fixes that a plumber will not schedule, TV mounts on concrete in the towers, furniture assembly for new residents and rentals, grab bars and raised toilet seats for retirees, fan swaps on balconies, light fixture upgrades in older buildings and drywall patching between tenants.

Questions From Hallandale Beach
Do you work in condos and high-rises with building rules?
Yes, and most of our work is in them. We carry insurance and can send a certificate of insurance to your management office, we work inside the building's permitted hours, use the service elevator when the building requires it, and protect common hallways on the way in and out.
Can you come out the same week in Hallandale Beach?
Usually, yes. Most jobs in Hallandale Beach are booked within the week, and next-day slots open up often. Standard arrival windows run Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Evenings and Sundays are possible when the team confirms the slot. Call or text (305) 813-9013, or use the chat on this page, and we will confirm the soonest window.
Do you do minor plumbing in Hallandale Beach?
Yes — faucets, toilets, showerheads, disposals and slow sink drains on existing connections. In-wall leaks, water heaters, repiping and main lines need a licensed plumber, and we say so when we see it.
